Service FAQ
Q. How much is ¥1,200 in US$?
A. About $12 (however this will vary, depending on the exchange rate.)

Q. Are there any other fees other than the daily rate to connect to the internet, or are all costs associated with the Internet included?
A.

Q. Can I pay in cash at the counter?
A. No, you must pre-book on the web and pay through our payment processor PayPal.

Q. Can I do a same-day booking?

Q. Will you charge me in dollars?
A.
No, we will charge you in Japanese yen.

Q. Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to pay?
A.

Q. Is your 7.2 Mbs download speed guaranteed?
